PENSION ENQUIRY
Our process is simple and fast!
It involves the following:
1. The provision of our Financial Services Guide (FSG) information which is a mandatory requirement for all Financial Planning Firms.
2. Our General Pension Enquiry Form so you can provide your contact details and outline the nature of your enquiry or to request to have a client services office call you to discuss your situation. Upon receipt a Client Services Office will normally get back to you within 2 working hours.
3. A Transfer Pack - which contains all the forms and information required to actual proceed with a Transfer. Upon receipt we will undertake a Transfer Assessment with you prior to formally proceeding with the Transfer.
If for any reason we can not undertake a transfer then there is no charge.
